How to check where is my order?
The Shopaholic Store provides the best platform for online purchasing to all users and you do not have to worry about the postage status of your order. As the seller picked up your order, a tracking number will be updated to you so that you can always check up on the product until it reaches your destination.
How about the shipping fee?
You are required to pay the postage fee when you place an order. The 3 main elements that affects the postage fee is the weight or quantity of the product and the required place whether East Malaysia or West Malaysia.
What is the maximum weight accept by The Shopaholic Store?
The maximum acceptable weight is 35KG. If your product exceeds the weight, then your product will be rejected
