How to check my shipping status?

Are you wondering about your shipping status after you place your order or not sure whether the seller ship out / deliver my order already? Here, we will  address these few main question and help you understand better about your order. As part of The Shopaholic Store, dedication to provide best online purchasing and selling experience to all users, all of the shipping status of your order will be visible from The Shopaholic's website directly. We provide our customers with track and trace feature so that customers can track their product time to time. Orders that are being shipped by courier service provider will still be visible directly in your order's shipping information when sellers updated their tracking number into the order. 
Check your delivery status yourself by clicking on the name of the order under your "My Purchase" tab and then click on "View" of the "Shipping information" to see the full detail of the shipping status of your order

Which countries do you ship to?

Our services and postage are only within Malaysia .We kindly inform that we do not provide worldwide shipping.

Briefly explain me about Return & Exchange Policy.

Kindly note all purchases made through SHOPAHOLIC are final and there are NO return, refund & exchange.Exchange is only allowed for defective item or error coming from us. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days from the postage date.
No exchange of item/size/colours is allowed once you have placed your order and payment has been made. No cash refund or exchange of item on not suitable, not match or change of mind situation. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being placed and processed. We will not entertain any return, refund & exchange.
Aside, all used points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used points on, you will not get a replacement points as points are for one time use only.

When and how I will receive my refund?

A refund will be automatically initiated when The Shopaholic has completed the inspection of your return request case and approved your return request. You will be notified through the website and email. Credit card payments will be refunded to the respective credit card and will take around 7-14 working days of standard operating procedure by the card issuing bank.
