When will I receive my order? How long it takes for my order to reach?

Usually, the delivery duration counted on when the payment is made. Then, the product will be shipped out when you successfully made the payment. Once, the Logistic Department picked up the product from the seller, the tracking order will be given to you to track your order until it reaches your destination. Normally, East Malaysia takes 1-7 days and West Malaysia takes 1-4 days.

What if I do not receive my order?

If you did not receive your product right at delivery time, you may contact the seller. Normally, there may be few reasons for not receiving your product, we suggest you to track the given tracking number before you proceed to next time. You can refer contact us for more details. We will help you out.

Can I cancel my order right after I made payment?

Yes, you will be able to cancel your order right after your make a payment and the seller will refund back your money to you to your Shopaholic Wallet or if you have not activate your Shopaholic Wallet, then the seller will refund your money back to your bank account. But, once if your order is shipped out by the seller, and you already received the tracking number, you cannot cancel the order. 

How can I make a payment through online banking?

Online banking is very easy and simple. Here, we will guide you how to make a payment through online banking. Right after you choose a product, you may proceed to check out and select the payment method. You may select the online banking and choose a bank that you prefer. Once you done choosing, then you will be redirected  to online banking page to login to complete your transaction. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected to The Shopaholic Page. Your payment is made and your order will be received by the seller.
