Is that possible to get back my refund if I cancelled a order?
Yes, it is possible for you to get back your refund if you cancelled you order. We will notified you with a notification through email and website. You can get the refund back within 24 hours. You may contact or email to us for better understanding about this.
How can I apply for a return refund?
Firstly, we are sorry for the inconvenience if you ever received a parcel out of your choice and expectation. After received your parcel, we advise you to not click received order which might lead you in trouble to apply for a return refund. You can always request for refund only if you did not receive the order, if your order missing out of accessories, received wrong product, received a damage product.
To apply for request refund, you can check out your order at "to receive" in the website and you will be apply to click on "request for return/refund" at the page.
When and how I receive my refund.
You can refund back your order right after your payment or before your order is shipped out. Once we receive your request for refund, we will process your refund within 24 hours or 3 days.
