Exchange is only allowed for defective item or error coming from us. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days from the postage date. No exchange of item/size/colours is allowed once you have placed your order and payment has been made. No cash refund or exchange of item on not suitable, not match or change of mind situation. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being placed and processed. We will not entertain any return, refund & exchange. Aside, all used points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used points on, you will not get a replacement points as points are for one time use only.
